First you will need the Ultima Online client which can be downloaded here:

IP: 173.45.101.170
PORT: 2593
You can play on Alterna in several ways, ConnectUO, UOGateway or Razor.
ConnectUO is currently down but you can use any of these other methods to connect. Set up your Razor client like this: (path to your Ultima Online folder may be different - use the browse button)
